Step 1: Schedule a Visit to CLASS

We connect individually with each family to discuss your home-based instruction objectives and determine how our consulting support aligns with your homeschool program. This session serves as a strategic opportunity to evaluate our foundational Guiding Principles and ensure CLASS staff and your family are a good team for your child's educational journey at home, before formal service agreements are issued.

Step 2: Application & Acceptance of the Guiding Principes

Following a successful consultation, families are invited to submit an application. There is a $100 fee at this time. C.L.A.S.S. does not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, honorably discharged veteran or military status, marital status, age, religion of the participants or his/her primary educators. Acceptance of the Guiding Principles is a condition for service at CLASS.

Christian Liberty Academic Social Supports, LLC operates specifically to meet the needs of home-based educators, acknowledging that families retain sovereign autonomy over their core belief structures. C.L.A.S.S. provides specialized onsite developmental tracking and cohort environments for registered participants for whom effective structural accommodations can be managed, ensuring both individual milestones and whole-cohort dynamics are securely optimized.

Step 3: Service Acceptance, Assessment & Cohort Placement

Upon acceptance, our Director coordinates placement options within an appropriate student development cohort, structured by baseline milestones and developmental readiness. Initial intake includes baseline placement diagnostics to ensure each participant's customized service track accurately aligns with their current academic and social-emotional milestone needs. There is a $100 fee for this service which can be used to meet annual testing requirements for homeschool students in the state of Washington.

Step 4: Administrative Fees & Financial Agreements

We utilize the FACTS Management to securely process annual program fees and custom payment tracking. Parents establish an independent profile to make installment arrangements, with multiple customizable payment tracks available. All financial service agreements must be finalized before cohort placement is considered secure.

Accounts must remain current; because our operational costs are fixed based on reserved cohort capacity, there are no fee adjustments or refunds for absent sessions. C.L.A.S.S. reserves the right to suspend consulting services for non-payment of program fees. Cohort capacity is strictly limited; please ensure your placement security is maintained via timely account management. Program fees may be settled via full, semi-annual, tri-annual, or monthly installment options. All program fees are strictly non-refundable.

Primary Instructor Service Agreement

While personal adherence to a specific faith tradition is not a prerequisite for cohort registration, primary educators and guardians partnering with C.L.A.S.S. maintain a foundational understanding of the biblical philosophy and traditional heritage principles integrated throughout our operations. This mutual understanding includes a commitment to a cohort environment where participants are evaluated utilizing a Biblical worldview, and traditional values.

Primary educators agree to cooperate fully with the administrative policies of C.L.A.S.S. and maintain open, proactive communication with our certificated consultants and administrative office.
