PreK & Kindergarten

PreK for ages 4-5
Kindergarten for ages 5-6
Social skills development is the deliberate focus of our cohort tracking for this age group. While foundational academics and student skills are introduced daily, they serve as a great tool for growing the crucial habits that come from intentional social education:
- Better communication with peers
- Problem-solving in social situations
- Self-awareness and manners
- Self-advocacy and respecting boundaries
- Independence & personal responsibility
- Managing emotions and reading social cues
In short, we focus on the skills that are best learned in a group setting to help kids grow into happy, healthy, productive citizens. Children gain independence and confidence as they master new tasks, learning to thrive in a structured environment independent of their primary caregivers.
Our structured tracking blocks support the foundational skills necessary for kindergarten and beyond. Our cohorts monitor progress across these areas
- Fine motor coordination and handwriting
- Phonics, literacy, and reading readiness
- Counting, numerals, and number sense
- Sorting, patterns, and comparing objects
- Old & New Testament Bible stories
- Whole-group and small-cohort formats
- Guided social practice blocks
For some families, mornings at C.L.A.S.S. provide a structured, credentialed alternative to traditional early childhood programs. For others, it is a specialized consulting supplement that provides necessary social interaction for personal growth.
